| LOCATION: Note the chain link fence below near Mile
Marker 32.
PARKING: Along the road. Don't leave valuables in car. The parking area can fill up so arrive early to assure a spot. ACCESS: Long stairwell most of the way. Near the bottom a mildly steep trail for about 25 yards. The sand on top of the rounded rocks can be slippery. BEACH: All sandy. Shady areas available. SNORKELING: The water was clear. There were a few fish as well. However, I wouldn't rate this one of the better snorkeling areas for fish or coral. SURFING: This can be a good beach for waves in Winter months (North swell) |
